It is that time again to start thinking about prom!  Prom will be held on Saturday, April 17 from 8pm-midnight at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center.  Ticket sales will be for four weeks starting on Monday, March 22 and continue until 2PM on Friday, April 16 from the lady under the stairs.  Tickets will be sold for $25 each for the first two weeks, $30 the third week and $35 the last week of sales.  You must have an Ellison ID (not a temporary) to purchase a prom ticket and only Ellison juniors and seniors may purchase tickets for themselves and one guest (who cannot be over 21 years of age). 

When you purchase a ticket, you will be registered according to your ticket number.  If you decide to bring a different guest with you, you must notify the lady under the stairs of this change.  Prom tickets cannot be sold, given away, or traded with anyone.  When you check in at prom, if the name and ticket number do not match, that person will not be allowed to enter prom.  Each person must also have a picture ID when you check in at prom so that we can ensure the proper person has the ticket.  All guests to the EHS prom must be accompanied by an EHS junior or senior.  No underclassmen or students from other schools will be allowed into the prom without proper accompaniment.

Make sure you also remember to abide by prom dress code.  Any questions about your dress, stop by Student Activities.

Finally, students who owe book fines, library fines, or are on campus probation will not be allowed to attend prom.  So, for those of you who owe fines make sure you take care of them ASAP!

Already thinking about Prom? 

Here are some things you need to know about dress and ticket sales:

1.  Dresses must not be more than 4 inches above the knee and must not have any plunging fronts or backs, no mid-drift showing, and must have no shear or see-through material.
   
    
2. Slits in dresses must not go more than 4 inches above the knee (this includes slits in the back of dresses as well).
   
   ***Students out of dress code will not be permitted to enter the dance and will not receive a refund.
   
    
3. Students may bring one guest, but the guest cannot be over the age of 21.
   
    
4. Students must clear up all outstanding school fines including textbook, library books, etc. before being able to purchase a prom ticket.
   
    
5. Students who are on campus probation are not permitted to attend the dance.
